Customer Service Specialist - Sales and Finance Department
.
During the work day and after essential training you will be responsible for:
• Providing effective customer service in one of the areas: sales, finance and marketing
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward core customers
• Acknowledging and resolving customer problems
• Communicating and coordinating with the team to respond to the customer request
• Support various departments of the company
.
Desirable competences:
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of one of another European languages, especially German, will be a big asset
• High school diploma or bachelor degree
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Entusiastic, confident and proactive attitude
