Supply Chain Expeditor


Key accountabilities:

  • Managing supply chain requirements to ensure On Time Delivery of purchased goods to its final destination
  • Expediting of falling due, due and overdue purchase orders
  • System maintenance of supplier delivery information
  • Communication (written / verbal) of supply information
  • Maintenance and issue of function KPI’s and Reports
  • Purchasing duties in support of purchasing team


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Higher education (preferably in logistics or supply chain management)
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Purchasing department would be an advantage
  • Well organized
  • Assertive personality
  • Confident phone manner
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good IT skills (MS EXCEL, WORD)
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
