For our Partner, an international company providing logistic services in the aerospace industry, in connection with its intensive growth, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of:
REPAIR ADMINISTRATOR / MATERIAL PLANNER
Duties:Actively review and manage Repair Management Minimum Serviceable Pool levels for assigned repair vendors, ensuring proper part support levels are maintainedActively review and manage Repair Management scrap rates by part number for assigned repair vendors; recommends release of additional unserviceable material and/or new part pool scrap replenishmentActively review scheduled Repair Management inbound rotable parts for assigned repair vendors; recommend additional deferrals or expedites based on real-time part demands and type Actively review and manage Repair Management pool modification opportunities for assigned repair vendors, ensuring the pool is comprised of the most up-to-date usable materialActively review and engage with management and inventory planning on deferrals, PO postponements, and stop-work to guarantee meets its monthly inventory targetsProactively engage with internal customers and external suppliers to ensure needs are being metCreate and manage repair orders to ensure that requirements and deadlines for each product line are met and create orders for sales, exchanges, and stockContact vendor with discrepancies for resolutionWork closely with suppliers to resolve supply issues, monitor critical performance challenges, and close supply gapsAnalyze all repair quotes to ensure accuracy and approve as requiredAssist with daily repair order report and sales ordersas neededTrack/Monitor status of all material/parts required to ensure fulfillment of all sales ordersUpdate inventory tracking system/maintain recordsPerform Purchase Order Releases in SAP on behalf for Repair Management teamProactively review and manage individual and group KPIs as defined by management.
Requirements:Language: English, B2Minimum 3 years’ experience Strong knowledge of Inventory, Expediting, Procurement methods, and practicesAbility to develop personnel and procedures to support present and future operations Forecasting, planning, expediting, and buying experienceDeep knowledge of MS OfficeKnowledge in ERP software (Dynamics AX) and/or willingness and ability to learn company and Client’s various software systemsExperience working with aircraft/engine repair facilities and with basic supply chain/exchange materialPossesses knowledge of aerospace requirements and quality systems and basic technical proficiency in aircraft engines and/or APU systemsPossesses knowledge of FAA activities, MRO (maintenance, repair & overhaul), inventory and configurationStrong problem-solving skills using data analysis, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action(s)Demonstrated customer service, organizational and communication (oral and written) skillsPositive attitude and initiativeAble to interface and maintain effective relationships with all employees in a team-oriented environmentCompliance with all client policies and procedures as defined Performs other duties as assigned by immediate manager.
