For our client, international global production company (Automotive) we are currently looking for:
Lead Engineer
Location: Wrocław
Responsibilities:
-Leading a multi-domain project team to create or maintain products through all project phases from the first idea to introduction into mass production
-Close co-operation with our business units and customers to align technical requirements on new products or changes.
-Engineering contact for the business units and technical counterpart to our automotive customers.
-Ensure planning and execution of a project along the product development process
-Creating and tracking project time- and budget plans
-Responsible for meeting project goals in terms of time, cost and quality
-Reporting regularly the project KPIs and status to engineering management
-Preparing of gate-reviews and –releases, managing and escalation of project risks, handling and alignment of scope changes between stakeholders.
-Driving and supporting of process improvements in product engineering
Requirements:
-Graduated in engineering science, preferably in electronics or mechatronics
-Minimum of five years of experience in product engineering and automotive industry
-Professional experience and proven track record as a project manager
-Fluent in English
-Experience with Functional Safety and Automotive SPICE is an advantage
