Senior buyer/Category Manager (Rzeszów Area)

.

Duties:

  • Plan, Execute procurement projects (A&B projects) with dedicated cross functional team
  • Support on cross functional projects as procurement project participant
  • Participate in identifying, building and executing divisional KPI pipeline
  • Drive the implementation of procurement projects (direct savings, supplier consolidation etc.)
  • As project participant, participate in cross-functional project teams to execute activities/projects
  • Use PDP/FPP tools for project management
  • Support on facilitating technical cost-down activities in region on product and code number level with the support from divisional DBS
  • Drive make/buy projects as Project Manager with dedicated resources

Requirements:

  • Good oral and written communication skills (English),
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement related experience from a manufacturing industry environment
  • Experienced in negotiations
  • Experience with project management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong project management skills and experience in leading and participating in project teams in an internal complex environment
  • Expert analytic and systematic skills
  • Continuous improvement experience
  • Experience in having the “Customer in focus”
  • Basic ability to understand product drawings and specifications
  • English at negotiation level
  • Ability to follow agreed business processes and procedures
