NVH Engineer


Responsibilities:

  • Internal and external customer support with regard to acoustic, vibration and rotordynamic questions
  • Measurement analyzes of exhaust gas turbochargers with regard to acoustic, vibration and rotordynamic behavior
  • Acoustic and rotordynamic system optimization in cooperation with other departments
  • Test driving and subjective assessment of acoustics and vibration
  • Ensuring an optimal test set-up with regard to the requirements of the customer (internal or external customers)
  • Timely evaluation of analysis results and their communication
  • Audits and reviews of project requirements
  • Definition, validation and approval of project-specific and general limits with regard to acoustics and rotational dynamics
  • Support for complex questions in the field of balancing within the company
  • Advanced and new development of acoustic and rotordynamic analytical methods
  • Management of subprojects in the described area possible


Requirements:

  • Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable
  • 2+ years of professional experience in acoustic and vibration field will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of technical acoustics and vibration
  • Knowledge in the area of acoustic measurement technology and frequency analysis
  • Advanced English skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Driving license
  • Travel readiness
