For our client, international global production company (Automotive) we are currently looking for:

Work Product Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and creating of a design S/D-FMEA
  • Defining a test strategy for the system
  • Performing tests on hardware and software
  • Planning the projects
  • Understanding the customer requirements
  • Creating the design of software or of a hardware part
  • Work at R&D
  • Inspect and approve relevant work products in the projects against customer and our requirements
  • Evaluate the correct definition of test scope in the different domains in Product Engineering
  • Review and approve test and simulation results
  • Work according the Quality Assurance standards
  • Identification of technical documents and ensure that non-compliance issues are addressed
  • Collect, analyse, track and report current status using metrics

Output:

  • Inspections and evaluations results
  • Recommendations

Metrics:

  • Issues addressed / Issues found
  • Quantity of projects evaluated / total number of projects

Experience:

  • Engineering Master Degree, 5 years of experience at Product Engineering
    • Knowledges in: application of reliability, risk management, quality assurance and test management, including key terms and definitions, system engineering, assessment tools and reporting.
  • Knowledge on Design for Manufacturing Ability (DFMA)
  • Planning and performing Tests for Software, Hardware and System
  • Review techniques
  • Statistical knowledge
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a plus
