For our Partner, a small international manufacturing company, we are looking for the candidates for the position of:

IT Specialist

.

Duties:

  • Providing 1st Line user technical support for manufacturing and office software
  • Providing technical infrastructure for the company’s systems.
  • Cooperating with external software service providers – arranging external technical support when needed.
  • Searching for supporting software for the technical and production department as well for the customers, aimed at more effective work in creating offers, 3D presentations, material management, assembly and installation.
  • Managing software licenses.
  • Maintaining relationships with the software suppliers.
  • Providing training for the users.

    Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Communication skills and openness.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Cover 3D, ReynaPro – the company offers comprehensive training).
