For our Partner - an international production company operating in the aviation and automotive industries - we are looking for:

Network and IT Systems Administrator

.

Location: Stalowa Wola

.

Purpose: IT networks management.

.

Duties:

  • Responsible for all onsite IT infrastructure;
  • Strong customer service background;
  • Networking concepts, Including Wired and Wireless Networks, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN’s and VPN’s;
  • Server support including but not limited to Windows server Active Directory infrastructure, Active Directory, SCCM, Virtualization Technology (VMWare and Hyper-V). Storage and Backup;
  • Standard PC Hardware - Desktops, Laptops, Peripherals and associated IT Equipment, Remote Support Technologies;
  • Windows 7/10 – Troubleshooting, Deployment, Patching;
  • Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers;
  • Perform on-site visits to other sites as required; this may include  international travel;
  • Helping to administering the email system by creating new
    email mailboxes and distribution groups;
  • Assist with IT Infrastructure projects as required;
  • Provide first-line desktop support for issues relating to the IT
    infrastructure;
  • Deploy and configure new IT Windows hardware;
  • Management of CCTV and Access Control Systems.

    Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ equivalent work experience in an IT support role;
  • Knowledge of Office 365, including Office applications, email, SharePoint and Teams;
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience;
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware;
  • Experience with desktop and server operating systems;
  • Extensive application support experience;
  • Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities;
  • Experience with desktop and server operating systems;
  • Fluent in written and speaking English.
