For our Partner - an international company from the United Arab Emirates realising projects in the field of defense systems in aviation - we are looking for:

System Integration and Display Engineer

.

Location: Poland/remote

.

Purpose: plan, support, and execute all stages of lifecycle management relating to integration, development, verification and validation.

.

Duties:

  • analyze, design, and develop systems test to ensure the integration of software, hardware, reliability, maintainability, safety and other requirements in the total engineering effort;
  • troubleshoot, debug, and resolve product issues as they arise;
  • participate and support proposal-writing efforts for systems verification portion of a project;
  • help maintain and develop systems engineering verification processes;
  • collaborate with assigned multi-disciplined engineering team;
  • generation, review and approval of system development, verification and validation documentation;
  • conduct systematic studies to analyse and inform system integration dependencies, behaviors and outputs;
  • generation and review of system change impact assessments;
  • provide support to the technical leadership team in all areas of the system lifecycle and delivering the system solution;
  • support the improvement of the team competencies and skills;
  • provide technical leadership in developing test automation for the system level tests.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor"s degree in related field;
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in related field;
  • must be an accomplished System Integration and Display Engineer or equivalent;
  • a Master"s degree, diploma or certification in relevant field will be preferred;
  • demonstrable understanding of systems engineering, integration, verification and validation;
  • electro-mechanical engineering experience is highly desirable, however pure electronic/avionic or mechanical experience is considered;
  • self-motivation and technical skills;
  • ability to work with multiple teams;
  • analytical/problem-solving and leadership skills.
