For our Partner, an international automotive company we are looking for candidates for the position of:
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGNEER
.
Responsibilities:
- Global support of passenger car projects in the use of actuators and sensors on the engine parts,
- Analyze, comment and discuss requirement specifications from customers,
- Create project specific requirement specifications,
- Independent project management, prepare and lead project reviews,
- Document development results,
- Independent technical clarification and information research e.g. from suppliers and the global the Company plants,
- Coordinate the design in a simple manufactural and cost optimized way with supplier and manufacturing,
- Prepare and evaluate component and system FMEA,
- Define test procedures and support the component and system validation (DVP&R),
- Support all relevant departments like testing, purchasing, sales, production and quality,
- Detect and analyze market trends in the area of actuators and sensors for engine part,

Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar,
- 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industries, ideally with engine components,
- Knowledge in hard- and software development for electronic devices,
- Confident manner in dealing with suppliers, internal and external customers,
- Business fluency in English is required,
- Good product knowledge with a focus on combustion engines and turbo machines,
- Willingness to travel,
- Team-oriented working style and good organizational skills.
