For one of our partners, international Automotive manufacturer, due to their continues growth, we are currently looking for: 

Program Management Manager


Key accountabilities:

  • Management of Program Managers Team
  • Implementing program management methodology
  • Mentorship to team members
  • Direct contact with clients (including visits)
  • Data analysis and selection of right projects to implement, taking into account technical and economical aspects
  • Improving progam management processes
  • Responsibility for program management in terms of time schedule and budget
  • Cooperating with other departments also on international level


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Higher technical education (preferably mechanical or production management)– MBA or post graduates studies in management would be advantageous
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience on a similar position in a production company (Automotive industry)
  • Practical knowledge of product implementation to mass production
  • Team management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Business results-oriented
  • Experience in coordinating and managing complex projects
  • Ability to work in dynamic, international environmental
  • Full professional proficiency in English language
