Water Resources Team Manager

.

Location: Kraków/Rzeszów

.

Purpose: water resources project management and coordination.

.

Duties:

  • providing leadership and direction to the team;
  • time and resources management;
  • ensuring that coordinated projects meet technical and financial requirements;
  • preparing cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel;
  • establishing new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers;
  • identifing current and future customer service requirement;
  • providing product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information;
  • working with business area leaders and senior management;
  • coordination of training and development activities;
  • communication with stakeholders, customers, suppliers and guests.

    Requirements:

  • solid technical background within the environmental/water resources industry;
  • experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • excellent managerial skills;
  • well-developed organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • good oral and written communication skills (Polish and English);
  • in-depth understanding of office management procedures and legal policies;
  • analytical and problem-solving approach;
  • a team player with leadership skills;
  • good time and task management;
  • ability to be proactive and take initiative;
  • ability to work well under limited supervision;
  • valid driver license.
