PROJECT: HR Specialist - Lawyer.
Together with our Partner, a large manufacturing company, we invite you to discuss the role of HR Specialist - Lawyer.
. Aim of the role: Coordination of matters related to cooperation with social partners and providing advice on labor law.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Preparing draft letters: employer – social partner;
- Preparing translations regarding relations with the social partner as part of daily communication with France (in English);
- Archiving and registering documents;
- Managing the calendar of meetings with the social partner;
- Preparing minutes of meetings;
- Providing legal advice on labor law for HR employees on current topics (consultations on updating regulations, documents related to employment relations, etc.);
- Monitoring changes in labor law and keeping HR employees updated on these changes;
- Substantive interpretation of labor code provisions and other labor law interpretations;
- Creating presentations at the request of the supervisor regarding HR and social relations;
- Coordinating other tasks and projects in the field of HR and social relations at the request of the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher education, degree in law;
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar position;
- Language skills: good written and spoken English. Translations will be required, and English is used daily;
- Knowledge regarding cooperation with the Works Council, Employee Representatives, and trade unions;
- Experience in drafting letters, minutes, and legal opinions;
- Knowledge of labor law regulations;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of French is a plus;
- Stress resistance and ability to work under time pressure;
- Excellent communication skills and emotional maturity;
- Reliability and conscientiousness in performing assigned tasks.
