For our Partner, an international manufacturing company in the metal industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of Project Engineer.

Job responsibilities:
Creating a project quality plan,
Developing and controlling the project budget and schedule,
Monitoring and reporting on project milestones,
Conducting risk analysis and assessing preventive and corrective actions,
Developing a product implementation plan,
Planning, supervising, and initiating organizational and technical changes,
Creating and improving production processes,
Monitoring operational parameters (efficiency, effectiveness, and production quality),
Process optimization,
Cooperating with external companies and internal departments,
Implementing, applying, and maintaining quality systems within the company,
Implementing technological processes,
Supervising technological processes,
Introducing new products,
Overseeing task execution and implementing corrective actions,
Evaluating documents and projects,
Managing, developing, and updating technical documentation.

Requirements:
Experience in a similar position,
Knowledge of SAP (or another ERP system),
Familiarity with CAD programs,
Higher technical education,
Communicative level of English,
Ability to work in a team,
Creative problem-solving approach.
