For our Partner, Global manufacturer of parts for aerospace customers, we are looking for candidates for the position of Engineering Area Leader.

Main objective: To increase communication efficiency within the engineering area.

Job responsibilities:
Coordinating the work of the engineering team and delegating tasks
Overseeing implementation and transfer projects
Providing professional mentoring within the area of expertise
Monitoring the performance and outcomes of the team
Motivating colleagues through an honest and positive approach at work
Direct communication with internal and external clients within the scope of responsibility
Performing engineering tasks

Requirements:
Experience in manufacturing companies within the metal processing and assembly industry
Strong professional skills in the field of expertise, particularly in aviation
Technical, design, and measurement knowledge
Understanding of metal processing techniques (mechanical processing, laser cutting, bending, punching)
Proficiency in CAD software – CATIA
Ability to manage internal and transfer projects
Experience in working with aerospace clients
Good command of English
