For our Partner, an international manufacturing company in the aviation industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of Payroll Specialist.

Job responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of payroll processes,
Supervision of employee working time records and settlements,
Providing substantive support to management in labor law matters,
Preparing ZUS, PIT declarations, and reports for GUS,
Administering the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) and other employee benefits,
Verifying procedures, policies, and regulations related to HR and payroll matters,
Continuously monitoring changes in legal regulations,
Preparing payroll reports and analyses.

Requirements:
Higher education,
Communicative level of English,
Very good knowledge of MS Office,
Experience in HR and payroll (preferably in a manufacturing company),
Practical knowledge of labor law, income tax regulations, and social security,
Knowledge of HR and payroll software,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a new work environment,
High personal culture and diligence,
Strong motivation and goal orientation, excellent work organization,
Analytical and creative thinking skills,
Initiative and task-oriented approach.
