For our Partner, an international manufacturing company, due to its dynamic growth, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Business Partner.

Job responsibilities:
Implementing HR policies in line with the company's strategy
Close collaboration with managers
Advising on labor law regulations and proposing optimal solutions for reported issues
Conducting recruitment and onboarding processes
Implementing training plans and talent management
Workforce planning, identifying key positions and competencies
Achieving targeted KPI indicators
Co-creating HR policy documentation (processes, procedures, instructions, regulations)
Actively participating in the implementation of the corporate HRM system
Daily collaboration with other company entities in English
Representing the company during audits and inspections

Requirements:
Higher education
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of labor law and Microsoft Office
Independence, initiative, and goal orientation
Very good command of English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
