Purpose of the position: Conducting recruitment projects including Direct & Executive Search
.
Job responsibilities:
Searching for candidates in primary sources,
Selecting candidates according to client requirements,
Conducting job interviews,
Preparing reports for clients,
Managing candidate contacts,
Participating in the delivery of presentations.

Requirements:
Experience in recruitment projects or a similar role,
Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates,
Higher education or currently pursuing,
Excellent command of English,
Teamwork skills,
Independence and creativity,
