For our Partner, an international manufacturing company operating in the metal and plastic products industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of Casting Process Engineer.

Job Objective: To ensure the pressure casting process.
.
Job responsibilities:
Provide technical support for the pressure casting process
Solve current production issues, maintain quality standards, and conduct root cause analyses
Actively participate in continuous improvement activities
Prepare drawings for construction and launch
Collaborate with the tool shop, setters in the foundry, and engineers from other areas
Prepare and oversee technical documentation, including CAD documentation

Requirements:
Experience working in a CAD environment (Catia, Solidworks, Inventor)
Knowledge of Siemens NX / Teamcenter is a plus
Familiarity with the design of molds for die-casting Zn
Knowledge of the design of trimming dies for gating systems
Strong analytical thinking skills
Knowledge of the process to propose modifications to casting tools to improve production efficiency
Proficiency in English, ability to oversee mold design by external suppliers (China / Poland / USA)
Cooperation with both internal tool shops and external suppliers for the production of new molds and replacement/spare parts
Ability to prepare process documentation (pressure injection casting on hot-chamber machines), including work instructions, setup sheets, FMEA
