Currently, for our Partner, an international manufacturing company, in relation to its robust development, we are looking for a candidate for the position of: 

Human Resources Specialist

.

Goal of the profession: Effective support of the HR department in project realization

.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of the managerial staff in regard to applying changes and problem-solving as well as personal decision-making
  • Conducting projects in the areas of HR
  • Active cooperation with the whole HR team in areas such as: creating HR policies and procedures, creating and realization of KPI
  • Conducting recruitment processes
  • Diagnosis of instructional and developmental necessities in organization, organization of trainings
  • Coordination of Employer Branding projects, support of internal communication as well as CSR projects processes
  • Implementation of new HR solutions in order to improve work efficiency and support the realization of strategic business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Human Resources Specialist position or a similar one, work experience in an international manufacturing company is welcome
  • Higher education (professional education or postgraduate studies are welcome)
  • Very good proficiency with English (B2/C1 level)
  • Experience in implementation of changes based on strategic goals of the organization, self-reliance and responsibility for the process
  • Expert proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to conduct recruitment projects (on any level)
  • Knowledge of the TETA programme is welcome
  • Ability to organize working time
  • Interpersonal skills.
