PROJECT: Technology Manager

Together with our Partner, an international manufacturing company from the aerospace industry, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Technology Manager.
.
Aim of the role:
1. To lead and supervise the engineering team with hands-on work, being responsible for documentation, configuration, and technology implementation.
2. To ensure full regulatory compliance and optimizing production efficiency.
3. To effectively solve technical squawks of the aircraft and to secure the best possible engineering solution for performance, reliability.
4. To be a strong technical sparring lead for our partner company, and competent support for our customers.

Scope of responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a 4-5-person engineering and technology team.
- Supervise aircraft system design, upgrade and integration.
- Ensure compliance with ASTM and MOSAIC LSA standards.
- Coordinate cross-department efforts (production, assembly, quality, logistic)
- Troubleshoot technical and process issues, including first point of contact for our global customers and partner company.
- Oversee implementation of new technological solutions.
- Review and validate technical documentation.
- Train team on new upgrades and changes.

Requirements:
- Higher technical education.
- 2 years of experience in this position.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical position related to aircraft construction and technology implementation.
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor or similar. Knowledge of CAD tools and technology analysis software is a plus.
- Excellent in English speaking and writing.
- Ability to read and analyse technical documentation and construction drawings.
- Excellent knowledge of production and technological processes in the aviation industry, ideally with focus on light aircraft
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in team management and coordination.
- Managing and coordinating the work of the technology, implementation, and design team.
- Supervising technological processes and implementing new solutions in production.
- Analysing and reviewing technical documentation of the aircraft, including verifying structural accuracy and compliance with design assumptions.
- Driving licence cat. B; ideally pilot’s licence PPL, LAPL or UL.
