PLANT MANAGER
.
Aim of the position is to manage the plant according the business objectives of the owner.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the production plant budget, and responsibility for the P&L
- Operational management of the production plant and supervision over the effectiveness of the production process
- Initiating and implementing solutions aimed an optimized production process
- Implementation and launch of new projects and products with actions at improving the quality
- The price composition of standard and non-standard constructions and their post-calculation
- Implementation of ERP software to slowly guide us towards 4.0 industrial surroundings

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience (at least 5 years) in production management
- Demonstrated experience in team management, with organizational and coordination skills
- High business awareness, result orientation and excellent communication skills
- Experience in human resources management and developing competencies of employees
- Fluent communication in English, French and/or Dutch is a plus but not necessary
- Analytical and systematic thinking, planning skills, pro-activity, drive, high commitment
- Strong leadership, and strong interpersonal skills
- University degree (preferred faculty: engineering)
- Experience in aluminum assembly
