For our Partner, international production company (Automotive), we are looking for the Candidates for the position of:

Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Advanced Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting international teams in the development of new processes and products.


Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing knowledge and support on the current and future key processes to improve costs, performance and processes efficiency and standardization of products and processes;
  • Development, standardization and implementation of new products and production processes;
  • Support in creating technical documentation of process parameters;
  • Cooperation and support of engineering teams in technological analysis, analysis of measurement systems, validation techniques, research methods;
  • Cooperation with international and local suppliers of equipment and machines in terms of technical specifications and machine design;
  • Supervising technical process optimization, implementation of new advanced production technologies and continuous improvement of production processes;
  • Planning and preparing documentation of processes, in compliance with standards (e.g. APQP and TS 16949);
  • Participation and coordination the work of multifunctional teams (problem solving, TPM, SMED),
  • Cooperation with other departments (Quality, Logistics, Production and others) as part of preparing documentation and processes improvement;
    • Providing analysis, tips and support for production processes continuous improvement, including effective use of problem solving techniques and statistics analysis;


    Requirements:

  • Experience in the field of Process: Engineering/Production/Quality/Management, preferably in Automotive industry;
  • Knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, automation;
  • Technical knowledge about products and processes;
  • Very good knowledge of English;
  • Organizational skills and ability to set priorities;
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and SixSigma;
  • Practical knowledge about serial production processes:
  • Problem solving techniques,
  • FMEA, Process flow etc;
  • Application of analysis techniques for the causes of defects/nonconformities,
  • Research and evaluation of process capability,
  • Geometrics and dimensioning,
  • ISO/TS16949 standards,
