PROJECT: Energy Manager .
Together with our Partner - a large company from the industry of manufacturing metal parts for the automotive sector, we are looking for a candidate for the role of: Energy Manager .
Aim of the role:
Ensuring the implementation of the Energy Management System (EMS) and participating in the energy standard audit process.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Coordinating and ensuring the implementation of the Energy Management System:
- determining the criteria and methods necessary to ensure the effective operation and control of the Energy Management System;
- implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Energy Management System;
- defining, organizing, and ensuring the implementation of energy review procedures, processes, and regulatory monitoring;
- supporting the creation and implementation of action plans in the Plant;
- defining, monitoring, and updating energy-related budgets in the company;
- reporting the company's energy indicators. Ensuring resource availability and strengthening the technical skills of teams:
- participating in the identification of local energy correspondents with appropriate skills and expertise;
- ensuring proper allocation of resources and responsibility according to the needs of promoting effective energy management;
- participating in internal energy training for local energy correspondents;
- managing the network of local energy correspondents;
- participating in the identification of energy auditors among the local energy correspondents of the Plant. Ensuring contact with internal teams and external service providers:
- acting as an energy specification specialist in the company's purchasing department;
- ensuring proper coordination with various departments: production, maintenance, quality, etc.;
- managing and monitoring mandatory energy audits or those resulting from the energy standard;
- providing support in sourcing and implementing various forms of subsidies.
Requirements:
- Higher technical/electrical/energy engineering education;
- Knowledge of: energy management, construction of technical installations;
- Energy performance characteristics of equipment and facilities, energy purchasing policy, energy measurement systems;
- Experience related to energy and utilities management;
- Ability to analyze data, create forecasts and reports;
- 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
- SEP electrical qualifications Group I (E+D);
- Very good command of English.
