For our Partner, an international manufacturing company in the metal industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior Aerospace Design Engineer - Strength Analyses.

Job responsibilities:
Experience as a Mechanical Engineer / Strength Engineer
Higher technical education
Ability to interpret technical drawings
Deep understanding of Elasticity Theory, Fatigue Strength, and related challenges
Teamwork skills and analytical thinking
Experience with one of the following programs: Ansys, Patran, Abaqus, or Hyperworks
Communicative level of English
Knowledge of mechanical engine operation
Experience with Catia V5 – an additional advantage
Experience with Solid Edge – an additional advantage

Requirements:
Conducting strength analyses (static, LCF, HCF, fatigue, overspeed, FBO, crack propagation)
Preparing aircraft engine components (Compressor, Combustion Chamber, Turbine – static/rotating parts) using FEA (Ansys Workbench) and analytical methods
Evaluating non-conformities related to aircraft engine components and their impact on the final product
Defining technical solutions (drawing change requests, production approvals, process optimizations) to eliminate product non-conformities
Technical validation (authorization for approval) of deviations related to visual, dimensional, and process non-conformities in aircraft engine components
Daily collaboration with internal and external customers from design, technology, quality, and production departments at various implementation and serial production stages
Supporting the Technical Leader in developing and implementing technical and organizational processes, instructions, best practices, and lessons learned
Providing technical support to other departments in process improvement initiatives
