For our Partner, a global manufacturer of metal parts, including for the automotive industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Sales and New Launch Engineer – Sanok (Remote/Hybrid Work)

Main aim of position: Development of the Metal Parts Production Division
.
Job responsibilities:
Co-shaping the development strategy of the Metal Parts Production Division, with a focus on acquiring new market segments (especially in automotive, rail, hydraulics, and other industries)
Actively acquiring new clients and expanding cooperation with existing ones
Conducting regular client visits
Participating in trade fairs and meetings with business partners in Poland and abroad
Actively searching for new suppliers (materials, subcontracting services, tools)
Participating in the APQP process
Approving new products and processes, as well as overseeing tests/trials for new launches
Managing product documentation and working closely with the Branch Manager and project team
Actively analyzing technical data (2D drawings, 3D models, customer documentation, etc.)
Regularly reporting on task progress

Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of metal parts manufacturing via machining
Several years of experience in a similar technical position in the machining industry
Higher technical education
Knowledge of quality tools and standards in the automotive industry
Willingness to travel frequently for business
Practical knowledge of FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, VDA
Communicative level of English
Category B driving license (held for at least 3 years)
