For our Partner, one of the world"s leading manufacturers of aerospace components, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Recruiter – Researcher (Rzeszów Area).

Job responsibilities:
Directly sourcing candidates on professional/industry-specific portals,
Reviewing candidate CVs in internal databases,
Screening incoming applications,
Conducting initial interviews,
Maintaining contact with candidates throughout recruitment projects,
Collaborating with Recruiters and supporting ongoing projects.

Requirements:
Experience in recruitment for manufacturing companies
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Higher education
Communicative level of English
Creativity in problem-solving and candidate sourcing
Strong self-organization and flexibility
Teamwork skills
