For our Partner, a large international manufacturing company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Engineering Recruitment Specialist (Rzeszów area).

Job responsibilities:
Recruiting for engineering positions
Collaborating with Hiring Managers
Maintaining employment statistics, preparing data, and generating reports
Organizing and coordinating onboarding training for new employees
Conducting Candidate & Employee Experience surveys
Participating in career path planning
Taking part in audits and process reviews
Conducting exit interviews and preparing reports for the HR Director

Requirements:
Experience in recruiting for engineering positions
Strong relationship-building skills
Energetic and dynamic approach to work
Excellent communication and self-organization skills
Proficiency in English for effective communication
Basic knowledge of Excel functions
