For our Partner, an international manufacturing company, due to its intensive development, we are looking for a person for the position of Personal and Recruitment Specialist - Rzeszów area.

Job responsibilities:
Recruitment for production positions, including candidate sourcing, cooperation with recruitment agencies, and collaboration with Hiring Managers
Maintaining employment statistics for Production Departments, preparing data and reports
Organizing and coordinating onboarding training for newly hired employees
Participation in audits and process reviews
Conducting exit interviews and preparing reports for the HR Director
Attending production meetings
Daily collaboration with Production Managers
Supporting production employees with daily matters
Monitoring and identifying potential constraints and taking proactive actions to solve problems, mitigate risks, and minimize delays
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for production roles (preferably in a manufacturing company with over 200/300 employees)
Knowledge of effective candidate sourcing methods for production positions
Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create basic functions and charts related to employment status and training numbers
Analytical approach to work, data verification, control, preparation of summaries, statistics, and drawing conclusions
Ability to build relationships with Production Management
Communicative knowledge of English enabling smooth communication
Energetic and dynamic approach to work, especially in the recruitment area
Strong communication skills in providing updates on task progress and potential risks
