For our Partner, For our Partner – an international manufacturing company in the aerospace industry – we are looking for Candidates for the position of Electrical Systems Design Engineer

.

Job Responsibilities:

Leading and taking responsibility for the technical aspects of the project within the area of expertise: instrumentation, sensor systems, control (instrumentation) / electrical systems

Analyzing test and technical contract requirements and translating them into technical specifications for the product to be developed and manufactured

Assessing the technical feasibility of the project and conducting risk analysis

Developing the architecture and detailing technical specifications for each subsystem (electrical, instrumentation, sensor systems, control) based on the project scope (SOW) to precisely define the product to be manufactured

Collaborating with the project manager to break the project into technical phases, estimate budgets, and establish timelines (organizing tasks in a logical sequence)

Assisting the project manager in coordinating technical activities within the project team

Achieving project milestones and delivering results within the required deadlines (following review forms and project records)

Preparing and organizing various project reviews in cooperation with the project manager, according to internal processes

Ensuring that the key project elements and options have been reviewed and approved by management

If necessary, consulting with the department director to discuss and find acceptable technical solutions

Acting as the technical lead for the client and main suppliers in the area of expertise: instrumentation, sensor systems, control (instrumentation) / electrical systems

Preparing engineering work orders for electrical products, instrumentation, sensor systems, and control systems, and coordinating their execution with junior designers

Creating documentation outlining design requirements (DRD) for manufacturing and installation work for subcontractors

Adhering to design standards and principles

Complying with regulations and constraints set by industry standards

Reviewing the work of other technical team members, including specifications, calculations, drawings, equipment lists, programs, procedures, and instructions

Updating project records and product configurations

Compiling documentation and technical information according to project scope and correctly classifying documents

Verifying product compliance with specifications and offers, as well as assessing the quality of delivered equipment

Requirements:

Engineering degree in electrical-related fields (electronics, control and measurement instrumentation, etc.)

Knowledge of sensor systems, control and measurement instrumentation (temperature, pressure, speed, vibration measurement, etc.)

5-7 years of experience in a similar role

Understanding of analog, digital, and frequency signal acquisition systems

Familiarity with low-voltage AC and DC systems (distribution panels, power distribution, protection, control)

Preferred education: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Control and Measurement Instrumentation, Instrumentation

Experience in industries such as industrial automation, aviation, automotive, or related fields

Soft skills: high motivation, goal-oriented, ability to work in an international team, autonomy, willingness to learn and grow, positive attitude and teamwork approach

Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical

Willingness to travel for business purposes

Good command of English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing systems for testing various components

Experience in test equipment or gas turbine (aerospace engines) industries

Knowledge of electrical equipment standards and regulations (UL)
