TECHNOLOGIST

Location: Stalowa Wola

.

The goal of the position is to ensure efficient functioning of the Technical Department.

.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of technological processes
  • Supervision of technological processes
  • Implementation of new products for line production
  • Initiation of changes in production and technological organizations
  • Involvement in audits and FAI collection
  • Optimization of processes in order to improve efficiency and quality
  • Implementation, applying and maintaining quality systems in the company, timely realization of commissioned tasks
  • Responding to quality problems and instigation of corrective and proactive actions
  • Conducting, editing and updating of technical documentation
  • Technical support of the manufacturing department and its production-related divisions.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education
  • Proficiency with English on B2 level
  • Minimum of 2/3 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, Control Plan)
  • Ability to operate measurement and control tools
  • Good organization of one’s own work
  • Self-reliance and involvement in performed tasks
  • Proactivity and regularity in functioning
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge in the field of material engineering or metal science is welcome
  • Experience in industries such as: automotive, metallurgical, aviation, smokestack
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Office bundle, MiniTAB, CAD
