Process Engineer/CNC Programmer

.

The goal of the position is to support the institution in implementation of CNC machine programmes 

.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and supervision of technical documentation.
  • Development of numerical processing programmes - CNC.
  • Development of alternative ways of making products.
  • Conducting entrusted projects.
  • Creation of production processes.
  • Optimization of production processes in terms of technics and economics.
  • Creation of comparison of materials, demand and specifications.
  • Involvement in the process of perfection of product quality.
  • Performing offer calculations.

Requirements

  • Work experience, minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
  • Higher education (preferably in the subject of machine building).
  • Technological experience in the processes of machining on 5 axis machine tools
  • Acquaintance with SINUMERIK, HEIDENHAIN and FANUC piloting
  • Very good knowledge of technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with English on the B1 level.
  • Acquaintance with designing aid programmes like CAD, CAM (NX).
  • Self-reliance, diligence and commitment, analytical thinking skills, creativity in search of new solutions, good organization of one’s own work, team working ability.
