Chief Operating Officer
.
The aim of this position is to define and manage the global plant industrial strategy and negotiate and set-up main partnership. The Chief Operating Officer will ensure compliance with defined objectives, especially considering allocated buget, planning, requirements and quality.

Responsibilities:
.
- Facilitate and ensure the local supervision of all employees dedicated to operations.
- Ensure compliance with plant rules in term of working hours (maximum hours, holidays management, absenteeism, etc.).
- Ensure the teams planning, ensure a regular check of their skills and authorizations.
- Ensure the coordination of actions between each services/teams.
- Define the main axes of the production policy and support services in line with the overall strategy of the company.
- Optimize production resources in close collaboration with team.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, legislation, processes and operating methods.
- Close monitor market trends: sales, technological innovations.
- Develop company strategy: study customer needs in close relationship with sales direction.
- Guarantee the machining processes: technical reliability, performance and change.
- Manage suppliers/subcontractors and being part of RFQ process.
- Monitor and support new industrializations, industrial transfers, management of HELIOS technical data, and SAP deployment.
- Manage cost: cutting tools, transportation, consumables.
- Support problem resolution action plans (scrap, repair).
- Organize the project in terms of planning and tasks allocation and manage project reviews and associated milestones.
- Centralize all deliverables, projects expected by the customer.
- Ensure the budget follow up (allocated vs real).
- Take into account quality requirements (Internal/Customers).
- Coordinate the internal multi-skills team.
- Initiate and ensure risk analysis follow-up for Industrial projects.
- Ensure effective and regular reporting to its hierarchy and its customers (internal & external).
- Establish and update project monitoring KPI (Project Planning, S-Curve, etc.).
- Synthesize relevant information and transfer their responsibility at the end of the project.
- Represent the company and the central in the internal/external relationship.
- Business travel will also be part of the perimeter (Customers, International plants).

Requirements:
.
- Training school of general engineers or specialized in the field of activity of the company ( aeronautics or automotive).
- Experience of at least ten years, ideally in technical functions or in production, (Aeronautics or Automotive).
- Good knowledge of English and French (speaking and reading).
- Good knowledge of the operation of the company and the relationships between different services in the context of the management of industrial activity.
- Knowledge in mechanical and material.
- Experience of management in production mechanic (50 – 100 people).
- Knowledge how to organize team and do planning, meeting, reporting and ability to manage substantive topics simultaneously.
- Read a drawing, knowledge in machining and planning management.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having strong logistics & production skills: flow, planification, needs expression, products and machines specificities.
- Knowledge of project management methods.
- Knowledge of risk analysis methods.
