For one of our partners, international Aerospace company and services provider for biggest Aerospace manufacturers, for their new investment in Poland, we are currently looking for General Manager

Key accountabilities:

  • Taking the business from start up to fully operational
  • Day-to-day operations of business unit in Poland
  • Business development and contact with customers (including visits)
  • Building company’s reputation to highest standards
  • Team development (up to 25 ppl)
  • Recruitment and mentorship
  • Gaining customer’s approvals
  • Quality Management (Environment and HSE)
  • Ultimately accountable for P&L Performance and meeting KPI’s
  • Preparing reports
  • Cooperation with other departments

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Higher education (preferably in engineering or business)
  • Experience in General, Quality or Project Management within Aerospace, Automotive or similar industry
  • Practical knowledge of business operations
  • Knowledge of QMS within Aerospace would be advantageous
  • Team management and development skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Business results-oriented, flexible and open-minded personality
  • Experience in coordinating and managing complex projects
  • Ability to work in dynamic, international environmental
  • Full professional proficiency in English language
