HR MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team which provides initial support and additional follow-up to Company employees for HR related inquires. Supports areas include, but not limited to:

  • Health and Safety
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Recruitment
  • Training
  • HR Information Systems
  • Payroll
  • Prepare and administer the HR Department budget;
  • Manage vendors and identify cost reductions.
  • Respond to employee questions, concerns, and complaints in compliance with the HR Department.
  • Maintain knowledge of all HR Department related questions in order to provide excellent customer service to employees while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Act as the advocate for HR by representing the services in a positive manner and proactively escalating issues on the business unit’s behalf to ensure the timeliest service.
  • Identify trends which need additional attention and/or clarification and reports these issues to the appropriate Manager.
  • Lead the creation and documentation of process flows for the HR Department team.
  • Lead the maintenance of the Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and the implementation of an interface between Workday and the HRP payroll system.
  • Ensuring appropriate and effective usage of social media.
  • Coordinate and maintain university relations across Poland.
  • Elevate and maintain of company employment brand across Poland.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics for the company.

Experience and Skills:
