SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER

Position objective: to support the Commercial Director in operational sales processes

.

Job description:

  • Close collaboration with the Commercial Director
  • Conducting analyses and monitoring sales KPIs, collaborating with managers / team leaders in different divisions
  • Assisting in negotiations with clients
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Optimizing and controlling sales operations
  • Implementing new solutions and tools in sales processes
  • Participating in setting sales targets and monitoring progress
  • Contributing to the implementation of strategies and project management in the sales area
  • Supporting company divisions in daily operations
  • Participating in regular business reviews
  • Monitoring KPIs set for divisions / sales representatives
  • Presenting progress on implemented changes

Requirements:

  • Higher education (technical preferred)
  • Experience in sales and working with a team
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good proficiency in English
  • Open to working with clients in a dynamic team environment
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
