For our Partner, a manufacturing company, we are seeking candidates for the position of:

PROJECT LEADER

Position objective: to implement a new product into production by executing comprehensive project deployment.

Job description:

  • Coordinating the new project from the planning phase to the commencement of serial production
  • Collaborating with technical departments to gather and verify client requirements
  • Establishing implementation schedules and ensuring their adherence
  • Working with the quality department to meet client expectations
  • Planning and managing the project budget
  • Maintaining client communication and reporting on the implementation schedule
  • Monitoring the status of the project
  • Effectively motivating team members
  • Managing stakeholders involved in the project
  • Overseeing project risk management

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing deployment projects
  • Higher education, preferably in a technical field
  • Experience in commercial negotiations
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:201 and IATF IATF 16949:2016 quality standards is an advantage
  • Fluent proficiency in English
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
