For our Partner, a global manufacturer and expert in metal technologies, including for the machinery, automotive, and aerospace industries, we are seeking a cadidate for the position of:

HR Director

Requirements:

  • Established experience in the HR field, with knowledge of all aspects of human resources, including compensation practices, employee relations, employee development, employment regulations, performance evaluation, motivation and onboarding / offboarding.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing an HR team in a large manufacturing company with a matrix structure.
  • Responsibility for effective recruitment of employees and ensuring a positive “candidate experience”.
  • Experience in working with trade unions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and the payroll and personnel area.
  • Understanding of the company’s financial and business goals, with the ability to develop human resource solutions aligned with these objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to apply Lean Management principles and continuous improvement.
  • Very good proficiency in English

  • Implementing the company’s HR strategy
  • Managing the compensation system
  • Overseeing all aspects of “soft” HR
  • Managing the department, monitoring the performance of HR staff and their results
  • Close collaboration with the management board, providing advice that influences business decisions
  • Ensuring a positive corporate image – “employer branding”
  • Ensuring effective communication within the company
  • Managing HR regulations
  • Creating procedures and HR solutions
  • Managing employee training and development programs
  • Developing and enhancing employee motivation systems and tools
  • Collaborating with trade unions
