Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing, and overseeing the operations of subordinate departments
  • Developing and supervising the execution of production plans
  • Analyzing market conditions and demand for products
  • Overseeing production-related processes, including quality control and supply chain management
  • Ensuring the continuity of the production process in terms of maintenance and operational efficiency
  • Initiating and implementing improvements to enhance departmental efficiency
  • Managing subordinate teams to ensure the achievement of designated goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing production an maintenance operations in a medium or large-scale manufacturing company.
  • Higher education in a technical field
  • In-depth knowledge of metal processing technologies and production processes
  • Very good proficiency in English.
  • High analytical skills
  • Proficiency in modern tools and methodologies such as Lean, Kanban, Kaizen, etc.
