For our Partner, a global manufacturer serving industries such as aerospace and automotive, we are seeking a candidate for the position of:

Kierownik Utrzymania Ruchu – Stalowa Wola

.

Position objective: Ensuring the continuity of the production process in terms of maintenance operations

.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Maintenance Department team
  • Overseeing and managing the department’s budget
  • Developing, updating, and supervising technical documentation related to machinery, installations, and equipment
  • Participating in the modernization and expansion of existing equipment
  • Supervising and working towards the improvement of KPI metrics
  • Ensuring the technical supply of technological utilities and overseeing service execution in their maintenance and operation

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing a maintenance department
  • Higher technical education
  • Knowledge of tools and techniques for managing machinery maintenance
  • Ability to install, operate, and maintain technical equipment
  • Communicative level of English
