For our client, a large manufacturing and service company with a long history in the market, we are looking for a candidate for the role of Human Resources and Internal Services Manager in this area.

HR MANAGER
.
OBJECTIVE: Guide employees through the ongoing transformation period within the company, build and streamline HR processes, and work closely with the board and directors of the group's units.

Responsibilities:
- Managing HR "soft" systems and tasks, including: onboarding, building employee engagement, creating motivation and bonus systems, implementing periodic evaluation systems, training and development systems, and responsibility for offboarding.
- Managing the team: HR Department Manager, HRBPs, and Specialists.
- Close cooperation with the management board, including advisory that impacts business decisions.
- Responsibility for effective recruitment of employees and ensuring a positive "candidate experience".
- Responsibility for implementing and maintaining the proper structure of positions and salary grids based on methodology and reports available on the market.
- Collaboration with two trade unions.
- Participation in the development of IT systems supporting HR processes.
- Development of electronic document circulation and HR process automation.
- Building a positive "employer branding" and a positive perception of the HR Department as a modern service center for employees, friendly and helpful to everyone in the company.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in managing an HR team in a large manufacturing or construction company
- Ability to work with HR business indicators (implementation, reporting, advising management), recommending actions based on indicators.
- Knowledge of labor law and the areas of HR and payroll.
- Experience in building an employer brand (social media, cooperation with schools and universities).
- Experience in coordinating large recruitment projects within a defined timeframe.
- Experience in implementing and improving HR processes: periodic evaluations, career paths, onboarding/offboarding, training systems, eNPS surveys.
- Knowledge of the benefits market and the ability to manage benefits, including based on the Employee Social Fund (ZFŚS).
- Ability to manage by objectives in MBO or similar systems.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Openness, initiative, and a proactive attitude.
