SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Co-developing and executing procurement policies aligned with the organization's strategic business objectives
  • Overseeing procurement processes, supplier relationships, and business partnerships
  • Designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance procurement efficiency, including cost optimization initiatives
  • Analyzing and expanding the supplier base to ensure operational resilience
  • Responding effectively to the evolving needs of the organization
  • Leading commercial negotiations to secure optimal contractual terms
  • Conducting regular and ad hoc reporting on procurement performance
  • Managing a multi-functional team, encompassing procurement and inbound warehousing operations
  • Ensuring seamless operation of the procurement and warehousing departments
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key suppliers
  • Driving team development and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Maintaining cost efficiency within procurement operations
  • Collaborating closely with key departments across the organization

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree (preferably in a technical field)
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar leadership role
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level
  • Managerial experience with a strong leadership track record
  • Extensive experience managing complex procurement processes
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP system
  • Highly developed leadership skills, particularly in team motivation and engagement
  • Several years of team leadership experience within procurement or supply chain operations
  • A results-driven approach with a commitment to professional excellence and cross-departmental collaboration
  • A strong capacity for rapid learning and independent problem-solving
  • Proactive mindset, with a hands-on approach to operational challenges
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to teams
