LOGISTICS DIRECTOR

The goal of the position: management of key areas of operation in the logistics department, coordination and delegation of work to the subordinate team, contact with suppliers.

.

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and supervision of work of the subordinate team
  • Management in the area of logistics and its development
  • Adherence to the safe working practice standard
  • Qualitative and timely realization of orders from the internal and external customer
  • Promotion of collaborative work, engagement and support of underlings
  • Optimization of logistic processes, initialization and implementation of improvements
  • Close collaboration with other departments of organization

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education
  • Experience in the logistics director position in a manufacturing company
  • Initiative in action and willingness to take up new challenges
  • Ability to plan tasks and think analytically
  • Organizational skills, predisposition to work as a team leader
  • Ability to delegate tasks and enforce their realization
  • Proficiency with English is an additional benefit
  • Experience in lines of businesses such as: metal, construction, fusion welding, logistics and transport industries
