Currently, for our Partner, an international manufacturing company, in relation to its robust development, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

Project Leader

.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of new product implementation projects
  • Responsibility for the realization of the project’s QCD ratings
  • Planning, organization and monitoring of the design team’s work
  • Planning and management of project’s budget
  • Management of risks
  • Initializing and implementing measures in case of divergence from the goal
  • Reporting of project’s status, communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2-year experience in project management and implementation of new products into flow production
  • Higher education
  • Knowledge of the “agile” methodology would be an added benefit
  • Knowledge of product and production development processes
  • Highly developed communication and leadership skills as well as willingness to work collaboratively
  • Good organization of work
  • Creativity and initiative in activity
  • Concentration on goal realization and ability to work under pressure
  • Focus on the client’s needs and satisfaction
  • High motivation and flexibility
  • Proficiency with English at a very good level
  • Willingness to go on international business trips.
