Currently, for our Partner, an international manufacturing company that produces goods for numerous industries, most notably in motorization, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

Production Director
.
The aim of the position is to manage production in a holistic approach, with a particular focus on: cost optimization, innovation, maximal utilization of asset productivity and optimization of employment
.
Responsibilities:
- Management of production processes while taking continuity of the production process, timeliness and quality standards into consideration
- Organization, coordination and supervision of production processes and ensuring high effectiveness
- Involvement in creating a roughly-made production plan
- Supervision of current production costs and taking correct measures in minimizing them
- Preparation of subordinate departments’ budgets and supervision in budget realization
- Support in implementation and optimization of informational modules of management support systems in the production department
- Cultivation and further development of the Environment Health and Safety standards and abiding by them
- Reporting accordingly to the incumbent organizational structure
- Planning and organizing of work in the team
- Motivating and encouraging employees’ professional growth
- Supervision and inspection of task realization.

Requirements:
- Higher technical education
- Work experience in a manufacturing company (minimum 5 years)
- Work experience in a similar position (minimal 5 years)
- Proficiency with English at a very good level
- Proficiency with Lean tools (knowledge of SAP is an added benefit)
- Work experience in industries such as: automotive, metallurgical, smokestack industry
- Ability to delegate tasks and enforce their realization
- Ability to manage production processes
- Ability to create production plans
- Ability to enforce current EHS standards
- Focus on constant development
- Ability to implement changes that would reduce production costs
- Ability to create budgets for different departments
- Ability to think analytically and work under the pressure of time. Focus on task realization. Team management
