Currently, for our Partner, a manufacturing company from the plastics industry, due to its robust development, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

Key Account Manager

.

The goal of this position is to care for the corporate customers in regard to sales service as well as new project implementation.

.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing major company clients;
  • Preparation of sales proposals as well as updating incumbent sales prices;
  • Conducting negotiations;
  • Preparation of contracts and coordination of their realization;
  • Creating reports and analyses;
  • Coordinating new projects from the conceptualization phase until the line production stage;
  • Cooperation with technical departments while gathering and verifying client’s expectations;
  • Determining an implementation schedule and supervision of its adherence;
  • Cooperation with quality department to satisfy client’s expectations;
  • Planning and management of the project’s budget;
  • Supervision of project status;
  • Appropriate motivation of team members;
  • Management of the parties which are engaged with the project;
  • Management of project risks.

Requirements:

  • Experience working on a similar position (minimum 3 years);
  • At least 5 years of overall work experience;
  • Higher education (technical fields of study are preferred);
  • Exceptional commercial and negotiating skills in trade;
  • Ability to develop sustainable and productive relationships with external clients;
  • Fluent proficiency with English
  • Experience in industries such as: motorization, carpentry, household goods, or plastics;
  • Communication skills, responsibility, self-reliance, flexibility and leadership skills;
  • Proficiency with German is welcome;
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:201 quality norm requirements (IATF 16949:2016 is also welcome);
  • Acquaintance with Siemens Teamcenter 11 is also welcome.
